Bake Japanese Milk Bread in Your Own Kitchen

A premium in-home experience from Day Bread Bakers — learn to bake our signature pillowy-soft Japanese milk bread

Bring the heart of Day Bread Bakers into your own kitchen.

This premium, in-home experience is centered on my signature Japanese milk bread (Shokupan) — the same soft, cloud-like loaf that has become a customer favorite at our farmers markets.

I’ll arrive with everything needed to transform your kitchen into a mini bakery. All you provide is the space and an oven— I handle the rest, including cleanup. From start to finish, I guide you step-by-step and make sure you finish with golden, pillowy loaves pulled fresh from your oven.
